These terms govern your use of StaffWeaver. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you have questions, email support@staffweaver.com.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using StaffWeaver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
StaffWeaver is currently in early access. We provide the service "as is," and features may be added, changed, or removed as we continue building. We'll do our best to communicate significant changes, but early access means things may evolve quickly.
Accounts
You agree to:
- Provide accurate account information (email, first/last name, and optional company name).
- Keep your login credentials safe and confidential.
- Use one person per user login — accounts are for individual use, not shared logins.
Your content
You own the scores and other content you create in StaffWeaver. By using the service, you grant us the limited license needed to host, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your work.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent the security of the service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the service.
- Upload or create unlawful content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Early access & the free tier
StaffWeaver is free during early access. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, existing users will be notified in advance, and early-access accounts will keep favorable grandfathered terms.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaffWeaver and DrillWeaver LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose (which, during early access, is zero).
Termination
You may stop using StaffWeaver and request account deletion at any time by emailing support@staffweaver.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify account holders by email.
